Abstract
BACKGROUND: Most residents and staff in nursing homes have received full vaccination. Factors related to the immune response to vaccination might be related to the risk of future severe COVID-19 and may guide the need for vaccine boosters.Entities:

Figure 1Association between IgG and spike titers before and after BNT162b2 mRNA-SARS-CoV-2 vaccination and history of COVID-19 (as defined by positive IgG-N and/or IgG-S), in residents and staff in nursing homes.
Figure 2Association between humoral (IgG to spike titers) and cellular (IFNγ production) response after mRNA SARS-CoV-2 vaccination.
Linear regression analysis of factors associated with IgG-S titers (logAU/mL) after vaccination against SARS-CoV-2.
