Abstract
Multifocal intraocular lenses (MIOL) are increasingly being used as a therapeutic approach to correct presbyopia. To guarantee patient satisfaction, it is important to be aware of the different IOL properties and patient inclusion criteria. A differentiated patient selection in combination with optimized perioperative and postoperative management is necessary to achieve appropriate postoperative refractive results and patient satisfaction.Entities:
