Abstract
Equalization of leg-length discrepancy during total hip arthroplasty is a major concern to both the patient and surgeon. A stable pelvic reference point must be established during surgery to determine leg-length changes. An accurate method of intraoperative leg-length measurement is presented to improve the surgeon's ability to determine the exact amount of limb lengthening or shortening occurring during total hip arthroplasty.Entities:
