HPV testing was reported using two categories; negative 14 high-risk HPV or positive any of 14 high-risk HPV (16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59, 66, and/or 68);
Partial HPV genotyping was reported using three categories: negative 14 high-risk HPV, positive HPV16/18, or positive non-HPV16/18;
HPV genotyping was reported as specific genotype.
