Abstract
(1) Background: Early hypo-attenuated leaflet thickening (HALT) is diagnosed by computed tomography angiography (CTA) in approximately 15% of patients undergoing transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR). We sought to investigate the diagnostic performance of CTA for the diagnosis of HALT, focusing on timing data assessment within the cardiac cycle. (2)Entities:

HALT: hypo-attenuated leaflet thickening. Values are mean ± SD, median [interquartile range], or n (%). BMI= body mass index. LV-EF: Left ventricular ejection fraction. PVL: Paravalvular leakage. TTE: Transthoracic echocardiogram. mAs: milliampere-second. kV: kilovoltage. Image quality was graded in consensus as follows: 0 = very poor image quality, 1 = poor, 2 = good, 3 = very good.
