BACKGROUND: The benefits of parathyroidectomy on cardiovascular risk in primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT) are controversial. This monocentric, observational, prospective study aimed to assess the effects of parathyroidectomy on glucose and lipid metabolism in classic or mild PHPT.Entities:
