Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Induction of labor is a medical iatrogenic stimulation of uterine contraction before the spontaneous onset of labor to achieve vaginal delivery. It is an increasingly being done obstetric procedure throughout the world and associated with poorer outcomes when compared with spontaneous labor. The published evidence is limited in Ethiopia including the study area. Therefore, this study was aimed at assessing the magnitude of failed induction and associated factors among pregnant women who were admitted to the labor ward of Adama hospital medical college.Entities:
