Abstract
OBJECTIVE: A close relationship of microRNAs (miRNAs) with various human diseases has been widely reported, including cardiovascular disease. Figure 2.Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve constructed based on miR-27b in ACAS patients and healthy controls. The AUC curve was 0.902, with a sensitivity of 77.5% and specificity of 94.8% at the cutoff value of 1.491.
Figure 3.As shown in Kaplan-Meier curve, patients in the group with high miR-27b expression had a higher probability to suffer from CIES during the follow-up period (log-rank P = 0.031).
