AUDIT = Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test, time‐frame = past 6 months, scoring from 0 to 40.
Mean number of standard drinks/alcohol‐free days on a typical week in the past 6 months.
DMQ‐R‐5 = Revised Drinking Motives Questionnaire, five items, scoring from 5 to 25.
MHI‐5 = short version of the Mental Health Inventory. Scoring from 0 to 100. Higher scores indicate better mental health.
Scales ranging from 1 = not at all to 10 = completely.
NIDA‐ASSIST = National Institute on Drug Abuse, Alcohol, Smoking and Substance Involvement Screening Test. Scoring for each category 0 = never, 2 = once or twice, 4 = monthly, 6 = daily or almost daily. GHB/GBL = gamma hydroxybutyrate/gamma butyrolactone; SD = standard deviation.
