cTfh from 5 patients with MG and the same number of HS were cultured under PMA and ionomycin stimulation for 48 hours. CXCR5+CD4 T cells as cTfh, ICOShigh cTfh, and ICOShigh cTfh were sorted as shown in (A). Levels of IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-17A, and IL-21 production by cTfh were measured and compared between patients with MG and HS (B).
