Data collection during 9 consecutive days of an international tournament in elite female soccer players.
Training load (TL) was assessed each day-training (DT), day-match (DM), and evening-match (EM). Cardiac autonomic activity and actigraphy were assessed during night-sleep, and after each training session and match (represented as grey area). Scheduled time and duration of training and matches are also illustrated.
