Figure 11a-1b, 1c-1d: Time-lapse monitoring of cultured human blastocyst. Arrow shows a collapse event (volume reductions more than 50%).
Figure 22a-2b, 2c-2d: Time-lapse monitoring of cultured human blastocyst. Arrow shows a contraction episode (volume reductions less than 50%).

Baseline characteristic of the patients which received a transfer of blastocyst which had a collapse event during the development compared to those that did not. There was no statistical significant difference among laboratory parameters such as oocyte number, fertilization, good quality blastocyst or blastocyst utilization (2PN: two pronuclei, OPU: Oocyte Pick Up).
