Figure 1The postoperative ECD loss rate in the three groups. The ECD loss rate between the DALK and PKP groups was comparable initially, but the DALK became stationary at 1 year postoperatively. The ECD loss rate in the DSAEK group was the highest in the beginning but declined within 6 months postoperatively.
