Abstract
The preparation of heteronanoparticles (NPs) with doxorubicin (DOXO) and cyclopamine (CYP) conjugates is presented. Biological evaluation on A431 cell lines confirms the maintenance of the activity of the parental drugs. The in vivo study shows that self-assembled NPs reduce tumor growth and toxicity of chemotherapy.Entities:
