Under the conditions that m6A in pre-mRNA is recognized by YTHDC1, YTHDC1 recruits SRSF3 to promote exon inclusion; under the conditions that pre-mRNA does not contain m6A or pre-mRNA with m6A is not bound by YTHDC1, SRSF10 facilitates exon skipping.
