Abstract
BACKGROUND: Both sleep duration and screen time have been suggested to affect children's diet, although in different directions and presumably through different pathways. The present cross-sectional study aimed to simultaneously investigate the associations between sleep duration, screen time and food consumption frequencies in children.Entities:

*This classification was based on the recommendation of the American Academy of Pediatrics to limit total media time to no more than 1 to 2 hours per day [32].
This classification was based on the mean sleep duration of the total study population (9.7 hours/day).
Adjusted odds ratios and 99%-confidence intervals for the effects of screen time (hours/day) and total sleep duration (hours/day) on consumption frequencies of selected food items
