Proper diagnosis and elaborative treatment protocol is necessary to obtain successful and predictable outcome. The objective of full mouth rehabilitation includes identification of the cause, prevention and preservation of the remaining tooth structure. This case report presents the management of the remaining teeth by endodontic and periodontic intervention which was followed by porcelain fused to metal fixed prosthesis, telescopic denture for the upper missing teeth and extra-coronal attachments for the lower missing teeth. Segmental arch technique was utilized for the rehabilitation where anterior teeth were restored first followed by the posterior teeth.
