Abstract
Several single-stranded scaffold DNA, obtained from rolling circle amplification (RCA), are folded by different staples to form DNA nanoribbons. These DNA nanoribbons are rigid, simple to design, and cost-effective drug carriers, which are readily internalized by mammalian cells and show enhanced immunostimulatory activity.Entities:
