Abstract
BACKGROUND: Articular cartilage repair (ACR) procedures aim to alleviate pain and restore function for individuals with chondral defects. Rehabilitation is lengthy, and there are limited data on return to sports and exercise activities after ACR in non-elite-athlete populations.
