After Bonferroni correction, P < 0.01 was considered as significant, only the association between EGFR mutation and smoking status was statistically significant.

After Bonferroni correction, P < 0.025 was considered as significant. For using the first IHC criteria, IHC were significantly associated with mutation and FISH. For using the second IHC criteria, no significant association was found between IHC and mutation or FISH. For using the third IHC criteria, IHC was significantly associated with mutation, approached significant associated with FISH(P = 0.027,close to 0.025)
