Abstract
Optimisation of a series of oxazole diketopiperazines has led to the discovery of a very potent and selective oxytocin antagonist GSK221149A. GSK221149A has been shown to inhibit oxytocin-induced uterine contractions in the anaesthetised rat.Entities:
