Abstract
An antiserum induced against the isozyme of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH-X) that is unique to spermatozoa reduced significantly the number of pregnancies in mice treated at varying times after they had mated. This effect of the antiserum occurred both prior to and following implantation. The fecundity of treated animals appeared to be normal in subsequent matings.Entities:
