Abstract
Recent advances in cardiovascular CT imaging have dramatically changed the way we evaluate cardiac and great vessel disease. The superb spatial and faster temporal resolutions of the newer scanners, have allowed CT to gain acceptance not only in defining cardiac and great vessel anatomy but also has allowed its entry into the field of functional and perfusion imaging. This paper reviews the current status of CT in clinical imaging of the heart and great vessels.Entities:
