Abstract
Current efforts to find disease-causing genes depend on patterns of linkage disequilibrium in human populations. Recent work has shown that linkage disequilibrium can extend over much larger genomic regions than expected, and that the patterns of linkage disequilibrium can differ markedly among populations.Entities:
