Abstract
In many centers, buccal mucosal grafting from the cheek or urethral reconstruction procedures has become the autologous graft of choice. This article describes the author's technique in 25 cases of harvesting buccal mucosa using the Steinhauser mucosal retractor. Only one donor site complication of paresthesia of the cheek was noted.Entities:
