Abstract
By storage in 1% NaCl, genetically characterized strains of Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhimurium, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were stable for more than 1 year at 4 C. This method of preservation was more effective than maintenance of the strains in stab culture.Entities:
