Abstract
Prospects of new analytical methods for determining marine toxins in foods are described. The methods discussed include fluorometric liquid chromatography, cytotoxicity assays, channel binding assays, and enzyme-immunoassays. Emphasis was laid on assay methods for ciguatoxins and diarrhetric shellfish toxins.Entities:
