Abstract
A family of planar gold RF microcoils were fabricated using microlithography on a gallium arsenide substrate. The microcoils were used in 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy experiments at 300 MHz (7.05 T). These new microcoils are a key component in the design of integrated MR coils and amplifiers for NMR microspectroscopy.Entities:
