In-vitro and in-vivo immunobiological properties of murine monoclonal anti-Brucella antibodies.

R Adone1, F Ciuchini, C Pistoia, G Piccininno.

Abstract

Features and protective activity of anti-Brucella murine monoclonal antibodies (Mabs) versus B. melitensis 16M were studied. All Mabs tested were able to confer a good passive protection and showed correlative biological properties in immunological reactions.
