Suppression of spontaneous and mitomycin C-induced chromosome aberrations in Fanconi's anemia by cell fusion with normal human fibroblasts.

Abstract

The high rate of spontaneous and mitomycin C-induced chromosome aberrations in Fanconi's anemia fibroblasts is fully corrected after euploid somatic cell hybridization with normal human fibroblasts.
