Abstract
A study of the management by immediate care general practitioners of 511 patients suspected of suffering from acute myocardial infarction showed that the median time of arrival after the onset of chest pains was 60.2 minutes. One hundred and eleven patients died of cardiac infarction within 48 hours of the onset of chest pain; 23 died in the presence of the general practitioner.Entities:
