Abstract
Toxicity of emulsified trehalose-6,6'-dimycolate administered intravenously into mice depended on the size distribution of the mineral oil droplets. Emulsions containing the greatest number of the largest oil droplets were the most toxic. Emulsions of trehalose-6,6'-dimycolate made with peanut oil or with olive oil were less toxic than those made with mineral oil.Entities:
