Abstract
Cells from sIgG+ B lymphoblastoid cell lines, sIgG+ B cell neoplasms and from tonsils, adult and cord blood and fetal spleen were tested for IgG subclass expression using a panel of monoclonal antibodies. IgG1 was in all cases the commonest subclass except on blood lymphocytes, when approximately equal numbers of cells expressing IgG1 and IgG2 were found. No evidence for multiple subclass isotype expression was found.Entities:
