Abstract
We have synthesized a 67-membered double-stranded DNA containing putative initiation sites for transcription and translation in E. coli. Among the potential applications of this DNA are construction of artificial genes, cloning of foreign genes in E. coli, and study of structure - activity relations in promoter and ribosome binding sites.Entities:
