Abstract
A stable, biologically active glycosylated insulin derivative that is complementary to the major combining site of concanavalin A has been synthesized. Hormone release is proportional to the quantity of glucose present. Glucose regulation of exogenous insulin delivery could have important applications in the therapy of diabetes mellitus.Entities:
