Abstract
1 There are no selective effects of Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+ or Cl- on the binding of antagonists or agonists to muscarinic receptors in rat brain. A decrease in affinity related to ionic strength is found for all these ions. 2 Larger effects were produced by T1+, La3+, and some transition metal ions.Entities:
