Abstract
Objective: Clinical practice guidelines recommend open adrenalectomy (OA) for large pheochromocytoma (LPCC) > 6 cm in size. Although laparoscopic adrenalectomy (LA) for the treatment of LPCC has been reported, its role remains unclear.
