The size of the bubble reflects the number of children and parents with that combination of scores on the item. In items 1 to 10, scores range from 1, lowest quality of life to 5, highest quality of life. In items 11 and 12, scores range from 1, lowest awareness of necessity to patch to 5, highest patch-necessity awareness. The charts are headed by the item number and the title; some titles are abbreviated for conciseness
