aNumbers do not add up to the n due to missing values. Blood type was missing for one participant and body mass index was missing for 19 participants who tested positive for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
bDate of hospital admission was missing for two participants. We are not able to determine if they were hospitalized during the proposed COVID-19 hospitalization period (2 wk before and 4 wk after the first positive test).
