Abstract
BACKGROUND: The 5,10-methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) is an important enzyme of folate and methionine metabolism, which is expressed in human oocytes and preimplantation. Due to the involvement of MTHFR in female reproduction, we tend to evaluate the influence of MTHFR A1298C polymorphism on ovarian marker reserves such as serum anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) levels in women after in vitro fertilization (IVF)/intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI).Entities:
