Abstract
We report a case of a farmer who presented with synovial osteochondromatosis of his right knee that mimicked a huge hardball. A synovial proliferative disease associated with metaplasia of cartilage resulting in sporadic multiple intra-articular and extra-articular loose bodies. Our focus is to report a rare case successfully operated which has an educational significance in clinical practice.Entities:
