Abstract
INTRODUCTION: The combination of stromal vascular fraction (SVF) and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is effective at increasing the concentration of growth factors including transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β). The increase in this growth factor is expected to accelerate the healing of burns. This study aims to determine the effect of giving a combination of SVFs and PRP on TGF-β levels in the healing process of deep dermal burns.Entities:
