A representative case of IDHmut1p/19qdel G3 glioma demonstrated higher CBV and lower ADC values than IDHmut1p/19qnondel tumors. Note that the IDHmut1p/19qnondel group showed a T2-FLAIR mismatch sign, which was defined as a high signal intensity of the tumor in T2WI and relatively low signal intensity on FLAIR, except for the peripheral rim. IDHwt G3 gliomas showed lower ADC values than IDHmut G3 gliomas. Note that patients with IDHmut1p/19qdel G3 gliomas demonstrate the longest median PFS, followed by patients with IDHmut1p/19qnondel G3 gliomas. Lastly, the IDHwt G3 gliomas had the shortest median PFS. The survival curves between the three groups showed a significant difference (p < 0.001). PFS = progression-free survival
