Abstract
Spheroplasts from Saccharomyces cerevisiae NCYC 366, enriched in phosphatidylethanolamine after growth in medium supplemented with 1 mM ethanolamine, were more resistant to osmotic lysis than were spheroplasts from cells grown in the presence of 1 mM choline and enriched in phosphatidylcholine.Entities:
