Abstract
BACKGROUND: The diabetes patients in China have low health literacy and low levels of physical activities which may result in the poor glycemic control and other clinical outcomes. Each line was derived from a GEE model with intervention arm dummy coded as a predictor and adjusting for age, sex, income, educational level, smoking, duration of diabetes, antidiabetic drug and insulin use, baseline A1C, c-HeLMS score, correct rate of c-DNT-5. The model consists of an intercept and two (baseline to 12-months and 12- to 24-months) or four slopes (baseline to 3-months, 3- to 6-months, 6- to 12-months, and 12- to 24-months).
