Abstract
PURPOSE: Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) is an anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) associated vasculitis that can involve virtually many organs, including the pituitary. Pituitary involvement in GPA is rare, with only case reports or small case series published previously.Entities:

Figure 1Dynamic magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the pituitary (T1-weighted). Enlargement of the posterior pituitary lobe and absence of the hyperintense signal of the posterior pituitary gland on T1-weighted images of patient No. 1 (a). Reappearance of posterior pituitary bright spot and the mass of the posterior pituitary on T1-weighted images of the same patient almost completely resolved after treatment (b). Enlargement of a space-occupying lesion and loss of the normal posterior pituitary T1 hyperintense signal on dynamic MRI of the pituitary (T1-weighted) of patient No. 2 (c, d).
Characteristics, ANCA results, pituitary function, radiographic findings, treatment, and outcome of patients with GPA-related pituitary disease.
