Purpose: To analyze prevalence of mutations in genes associated with rifampicin and isoniazid resistance in Mycobacterium tuberculosis clinical isolates from patients with possible MDR TB of Puducherry, South India and to explore the association of specific mutations conferring rifampicin (RIF) resistance.Entities:
