Abstract
BACKGROUND: In locoregionally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma (LANPC) patients, variance of tumor response to induction chemotherapy (ICT) was observed. We developed and validated a novel imaging biomarker to predict which patients will benefit most from additional ICT compared with chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) alone.Entities:
