Exclusion criteria.
| (i) Secondary pneumothorax |
| (ii) Additional diseases |
| (iii) Marfan syndrome or Marfan-like body structure |
| (iv) Relapse pneumothorax |
| (v) Recurrent pneumothorax |
| (vi) Patients under 20 years old or above 35 years old |
