Provided per kilogram of complete diet: 1.3 mg vitamin A (retinol); 0.022 mg vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol); 45 mg vitamin E (tocotrienol); 4.2 mg vitamin K3 (menodione); 24.6 mg vitamin B5 (d-Ca-pantothenate); 8.6 mg vitamin B2 (riboflavin); 0.04 mg vitamin B12 (cobalamins).
Provided per kilogram of complete diet: 15 mg Cu; 80 mg Fe; 56 mg Zn; 73 mg Mn; 0.3 mg I; 0.5 mg Co; 0.4 mg Se.
Metabolizable energy was calculated by ingredient metabolizable energy from NRC [13].
